Why do I need a "roofer" to help with my insurance claim?
Because an average person doesn't know how much his insurance company should pay to replace a damaged roof, siding, and gutters. If your insurance doesn't pay enough, then you're stuck with the rest, AND your deductible. We will meet with your insurance adjuster on the day that he inspects your property. Our goal is to make sure that you're paid what's necessary in order to restore your property to its original value.
Our owner is an insurance claims specialist who has experience in dealing with all major insurance companies. She personally proof-reads the paperwork from all claims. We will resolve any errors on your behalf.
Am I responsible for my insurance deductible?
Yes. But we can offer our "yard-sign allowance" which may eliminate your out-of-pocket expense.
What happens if I get no-claimed by my insurance company, or if I've already been no-claimed?
No claims happen all the time, especially when your roofer is not present at the time the insurance adjuster inspects your roof. We've still got you covered. We know how to get you a re-inspection and challenge the verdict of your insurance company, which you're legally entitled to do. If you're still not satisfied, then we'll advise you about other options, like arbitration, for which we'll gladly represent you at zero cost.
This sounds good. How can I get started or get some more information?
Your first step is to contact us for a free roof inspection to determine if you have adequate damage. We staff insurance claims specialists who are trained to look for hail damage to see if you meet your insurance company's criteria for full-cost replacement. Then we'll explain what your next steps are, and how we can work with your deductible. We look forward to working with you!
